All orders are shipped via First Class International USPS. Please note that graze™ organic is not responsible for any taxes, duties or customs fees that may be imposed upon shipments.
All customs forms will be filled out accurately to reflect the total value of your purchases. We will always indicate that the package is MERCHANDISE. Please do not ask us to mark "gift" to avoid fees or taxes. (Sorry - we will not process your order if you ask you to do this.)

Due to the nature of our products and its contact with food, refunds and exchanges can only be requested on a product that has not been used and is in its original condition.
Refunds or exchanges on defective products can be requested within 20 days of purchase.
graze™/exit 14 mfg, LLC is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit, so please ship returns back to us via ups or usps mail with delivery confirmation and include your copy of the sales order.
Upon receipt, we will issue a credit for the amount of the merchandise returned. If an exchanged is requested, new merchandise equal in value to the original order will be shipped out. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
